Application Training – Shot Blasting Technology: Hands-on training at your facility
This seminar begins with a compact introduction to the fundamentals of shot blasting technology. Afterwards, the focus shifts to your specific equipment and the question of how your blasting process can be further aligned and optimized.
For this purpose, one of our certified trainers will come directly to your facility and provide on-site training, including an overview of current methods for process monitoring.
The seminar typically lasts one day but can be extended by an additional day if specific process issues need to be addressed.
Seminar/training content:
- Fundamentals of shot blasting technology (blasting principles, blast media and blasting applications, machine and filtration technology)
- Your blasting process in detail
- Detailed review of your machine on site
- Process monitoring: blast media, machine and filtration technology, measurement methods (machine and component)
- Troubleshooting on your system: identification of possible faults and corrective actions
Target groups:
Technical personnel with varying levels of qualification from production, work preparation, quality assurance, engineering and process planning.
