Continuous shot blast machine with vertical parts transport
The ATV system is often the best solution for machining large structural components (e.g., for aerospace applications). The vertical transport frame moves inside the machine with a CNC motor, which ensures high accuracy. Inside the system, one or two robots can blast on each side of the work piece. Several transport frames can be buffered in front of the system, thereby enabling continuous processing.
