Wenn das Geld einmal knapp wird, hilft die Rösler Unterstützungseinrichtung schnell und unkompliziert: Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit festem Arbeitsvertrag und mindestens einem Jahr Betriebszugehörigkeit können hier ein zinsgünstiges Darlehen von bis zu 5.000 Euro beantragen – etwa für den Autokauf, eine Renovierung oder neue Möbel. Der entsprechende Antrag steht im Roxtra zur Verfügung. Über die Vergabe dieser Darlehen entscheidet der Vorstand der Unterstützungseinrichtung, bestehend aus dem Vorsitzenden Herrn Stephan Rösler sowie Michael Schmidt, Abteilungsleitung Finanzbuchhaltung und Elektrokonstrukteur Gerhard Wagner . Damit alles transparent und regelkonform abläuft, wird der Vorstand einmal im Jahr „entlastet“. Das bedeutet, dass die Delegierten und Mitglieder bestätigen, dass der Vorstand seine Aufgaben ordnungsgemäß erfüllt und die finanziellen Mittel korrekt verwaltet hat. Mit der Entlastung wird der Vorstand also offiziell von seiner Verantwortung für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr freigestellt. Damit dieser wichtige Schritt auch künftig auf soliden Beinen steht, werden jetzt wieder Delegierte gewählt. Sie vertreten die Belegschaft und übernehmen eine Art Kontrollfunktion – ähnlich wie Kassenprüfer in einem Sportverein. Pro 25 Mitarbeiter wird ein Delegierter benötigt, entsprechend viele engagierte Kolleginnen und Kollegen werden also gesucht. Wahlvorschläge können ab sofort in den ausgehängten Listen an den Infoboards eingetragen oder direkt an die Mitglieder des Wahlausschusses per Telefon oder E-Mail geschickt werden. Der zeitliche Aufwand für die Delegierten hält sich dabei in Grenzen: Einmal im Jahr findet eine Sitzung statt, die meist nicht länger als eine halbe Stunde dauert. Dort wird über die Entlastung des Vorstands abgestimmt – ein kurzer, aber wichtiger Beitrag zur Fairness und Transparenz der Unterstützungseinrichtung. Orange Orange2 Kleine Maßnahmen, große Wirkung: 25 Prozent mehr Leistung durch Retrofit Wenn ein Kunde mit der Leistung seiner Strahlanlage oder Gleitschliffanlage nicht mehr zufrieden ist, ist die Investition in eine neue Anlage oft nicht die einzig mögliche Lösung. Teilweise ist es nachhaltiger, eine bestehende Anlage aufzurüsten und zu überholen – und die Anlage so wieder „Retrofit“ zu machen, mit modernen Komponenten und Features von Rösler. Ein aktuelles Beispiel aus der Strahltechnik ist der Retrofit-Auftrag für Eberle, einen süddeutschen Hersteller von Sägebändern. Dieser suchte auf einer Messe eine Möglichkeit, seine Strahlanlage zu optimieren – mit dem Ziel, den Durchsatz durch eine höhere Strahlleistung zu steigern. Neben einer leistungsstärkeren Anlage waren ihm dabei auch ein zuverlässiger Service und eine sichere Ersatzteilversorgung wichtig. Zusammen mit dem Kunden erarbeiteten wir auf Basis seiner Prozessdaten ein maßgeschneidertes Konzept für die Überarbeitung seiner Strahlanlage und legten ein passendes Angebot vor. Die Praxistauglichkeit bewies sich bei Vor-Ort-Versuchen in unserem CEC, sodass sich der Kunde schließlich voll überzeugt für die Rösler-Lösung entschied. Diese umfasste die Ausstattung der bestehenden Anlage eines Wettbewerbers mit zwei Hochleistungsturbinen Rutten Gamma 330-HD mit jeweils 7,5 kW. Das Retrofit zeigte schnell den gewünschten Erfolg: Die neuen Turbinen liefern 25 % mehr Strahlleistung bei gleichzeitig bis zu 25 % geringerem Energieverbrauch. Ihre verschleißarme Konstruktion sorgt zudem für längere Standzeiten und eine deutlich höhere Anlagenverfügbarkeit. Der Umbau verlief reibungslos, da nur minimale Anpassungen nötig waren. Schon nach kurzer Zeit zeigte sich: Die Investition hat sich gelohnt. Der Kunde plant bereits, weitere Anlagen mit der effizienten Rösler-Technologie auszustatten. Darauf können wir stolz sein. Using this equipment we can reproduce all mass finishing and shot blasting processes as well as 3D Post Processing methods for additive manufactured parts and we can support process development using the latest physical and chemical measuring techniques (e.g. roughness, edge rounding, shine, residual compressive stress). We also offer a specialized measuring system for analyzing mechanical stresses on crystalline metal surfaces using x-ray diffractometry (XRD). This enables blasting processes to be examined quickly and significantly reduces process development times. This analysis is also available as a stand-alone service.
