Rotary vibrators are flexible all-rounders. They have been used for deburring, grinding, cleaning, polishing, and descaling as well as many other surface processing methods. The range of materials that can be processed in rotary vibes is virtually unlimited. Metal, plastic, ceramics, rubber, wood, and even glass can be processed effortlessly in a rotary vibrator. A wide and unique range of different sizes and work bowl designs in the standard range results in the right solution for every application. Our engineers are happy to take on the challenge of even unusual processing requirements – including the necessary automation.

Our engineers are continually developing the particularly powerful and adaptable circular vibrator technology, thereby expanding the possible range of applications.

The mode of operation of a round vibrator is quite simple. A special unbalanced motor mounted in the center of the system causes the complete work bowl to vibrate. The resulting rotation generates the typical relative movement of the finishig media/work piecemixture in the work bowl. This ultimately removes material from the work piece.

With appropriate peripheral equipment for work piece loading and post-treatment, rotary vibrators can be expanded into a fully automatic processing center at any time.

Rotary vibrators, EC series

Their ingenious work bowl shape with gentle rise makes EC rotary vibrators multi-functional all-rounders. Both small and delicate as well as large-volume and bulky parts can be processed in this system. An integrated screening device makes the separation of the work pieces from the grinding media convenient and process-safe.

Rotary vibrators, Euro series

Ideal for integrating into larger production systems thanks to a full ramp and a pneumatically activated separation flap. This system is suitable for the fully automatic processing and separation of your work pieces. The separation screen is integrated into the work bowl so that the finishing media always remains in the work bowl and the work pieces are unloaded effectively.

Rotary vibrator, series R

The flat bottom work bowl of the R series enables the processing of bulky and large-volume but also sensitive work pieces through optimal work piece embedding. By using fan dividers, even particularly sensitive work pieces can be processed in individual chambers. Equipped with a pneumatic bottom discharge flap, this type of system can also be equipped with a downstream screening device, thereby allowing even small work pieces to be processed efficiently and reliably. Fully automatic multi-batch systems can be set up with the appropriate peripheral equipment.

Rotary vibrator, series DL

Dome-less rotary vibrators are ideally suited for processing very large components. However, these systems are also used particularly frequently for rim machining, i.e. pre-grinding, fine grinding and bright polishing of rims. With this type of system, the workpieces are firmly clamped to the system for processing, which guarantees highly efficient surface finishes. Dome-less rotary vibrators are suitable, for example, for processing engine, power unit and turbine components, whereby edge rounding on front and rear parts can also be taken into account.
